Despite global headwinds, the company continues to power ahead\u2014thanks to strong project execution and a strategic global footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\ude80 Q4 FY25: Performance Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Net profit jumped 25% year-on-year to \u20b95,497 crore\u2014comfortably beating street estimates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue grew 10.9% YoY to \u20b974,392 crore, slightly below expectations but still solid considering project phasing and global volatility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EBITDA came in at \u20b98,203 crore, up 13.4%, with margins improving to 11%\u2014a sign of operational discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&amp;T announced a final dividend of \u20b934 per share, compared to \u20b928 last year, rewarding shareholders for the strong performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce6 Record Order Book: The Growth Engine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest takeaways from this quarter was the massive surge in new orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20b989,613 crore in new orders during Q4 alone, marking a 24% YoY increase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of this, 70% came from international markets, highlighting L&amp;T\u2019s strong global positioning, particularly in the Middle East.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the full year FY25, the company bagged \u20b93,56,631 crore in orders\u2014up 18% YoY, with 58% from outside India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the company now has a record-high order book, with large-scale infrastructure, hydrocarbon, and energy transition projects forming the backbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde0 Management Insights: Focused Growth Ahead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S.N. Subrahmanyan, L&amp;T\u2019s CMD, summed up the year with optimism:<br>\u201c<em>We achieved the highest-ever yearly order inflows in the company\u2019s history\u2026 The strong revenue growth underpins our journey toward operational excellence through innovation and digitalisation.\u201d<\/em><br>He also highlighted the improving investment climate in India\u2014driven by government-led infra spend and renewed private sector interest in energy and real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcca FY26 Outlook: Staying Bullish, With Caution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&amp;T isn\u2019t slowing down. For FY26, the company is targeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15% revenue growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Core margin improvement to 8.3%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10% rise in fresh orders, with a massive \u20b919 lakh crore pipeline (\u20b97 lakh crore in India, \u20b912 lakh crore internationally)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While the management remains optimistic, they\u2019re also being cautiously realistic, factoring in global risks like geopolitical tensions and supply chain volatility.
